How long does shipping take for surfboards?
Standard shipping for boards typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do I need to wax my Catch Surf board?
Yes, while our decks are soft, we recommend applying a light coat of high-quality surf wax to ensure maximum grip and performance during your session.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear and apparel in original packaging. Please note that surfboards cannot be returned once they have been waxed or used in the water.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship directly to the US and select regions. For other international orders, please check our 'Dealer Locator' to find an authorized Catch Surf retailer in your country.
How should I store my board to prevent damage?
