At Catch Surf, we want you to be stoked on your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
